Free and fair
IMR is free. You pay the fare you accepted directly to the driver, usually in cash. IMR takes no commission and receives no money.
The fare you accept is final and locked. If a driver asks for more, report it through the Help page or our contact details.

Once selected, nobody can change it.
Safety
The app includes practical steps for privacy and accountability.
Driver documents are reviewed
CNIC, driving licence and vehicle photos are reviewed before a driver is approved.
Your number stays hidden
Chat and calling happen inside the app; the patient's phone number stays private.

IMR can suspend a driver after a complaint.

How do I pay?
You pay the fare you accepted directly to the driver, usually in cash. IMR never receives the payment.

What if no ambulance is found?
The app shows emergency numbers. In a life-threatening emergency, call 1122.
Do I need an account?
No. A patient does not need an account or sign-up to book.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Delete my data.
